Art Designer of Wearable Art

Hi, I’m Gina. I design jewelry from mixed media art.

Mixed media art allows me to be free spirited with my creativity without restrictions. At times when mixing the unknown together, I sometimes call it happy mistakes that have become my number one go-to items on my website.

My journey to paper beads began in 2019. I worked as a clinical administrator in healthcare for multiple ambulatory care offices. Although I loved my job, the patients and accomplished so much during that time, I found myself becoming burnout after 20 years in the field. With the added pressure of the ever-changing policies and procedures of healthcare, I needed an outlet to the daily stress.

I was always creative. One day I decided to surf the net, I landed on YouTube tutorials for paper bead jewelry.

I immediately was hooked and decided to take a chance at this new adventure on making paper beads.

With much thought, I resigned from my job to explore this wonderful world of creative wearable art.

In addition, I return to school to become a registered Yoga Teacher to live a healthier lifestyle with managing stressful situations. Happy to say, I am on the right path.

During this time, I never knew what I embarked on. The combo of Yoga / meditation and developing new shapes and sizes of paper beads, along with rolling them into these little treasures, was very therapeutic! I felt as if I was floating on a cloud.

I knew this was meant for me. Timing was perfect. I started a paper bead group on Facebook to share my ideas with other creative artists to relish in all this goodness. Once I felt confident enough to create tutorials, I went onto You tube where I now have my own channel.

I now operate my own small business. I am a supplier of paper strips for all the
paper beaders out there looking to just roll beads without the hassle of cutting paper.

My paper strips are precisely cut for well-rounded beads. I have created over 72 shapes and sizes of paper beads and counting.

In addition to paper beads, I create paper shapes for jewelry and supplier of all your jewelry finding needs.

I love the journey that led me to this very spot, and I never looked back.

I enjoy making forever friends that share the love of wearable art. I am always learning as well as teaching for those who are bitten by the paper bead bug. I am grateful.

I continue to bloom for simple creative ways that anyone can achieve.
